Jesse Quinalty is the California State Advocate for the Everyone Goes Home Program representing San Bernardino County.
He specializes in Crew Resource Management and case studies involving human error.
His engine crew was involved in a burn over in which they were trapped in a garage during the Sawtooth Incident in Pioneertown, CA.
Since then he has given multiple presentations throughout Southern California on the incident.
You can bring this class, or one of the other classes from the Everyone Goes Home program to your fire department at little or no charge.
