Masters of Instruction Symposium
This event is invitation only for students that have completed the Master Instruction program or have been invited by a Master.
April 18th - Teaching the Teacher
On the first day we will be covering topics to teach the teacher. The schedule is still being finalized but it will include opening remarks from Nick Brunacini via video to honor his father Al Brunacini and to kick off this annual event that will be held each year on his Dad's birthday. We will also be doing several training sessions in FireX Talk format with the owner of FireX Talk, Michael Snodgrass on site to record the videos.
April 19th - Group Dynamics
One of the classes in the Master Instructor series is Group Dynamics and Problem Solving. During this class we conduct several scenarios designed to engage the students in team building exercises as well as other aspects of group dynamics including decision making, communication and even conflict resolution. For many of the students that have attend this series at RHT the final day was ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE. For this first year of the Masters we are looking to create another group dynamics scenario that we believe you will all enjoy and learn from.
